Product Description
TMTD(TT) is a super-accelerator for natural rubber and diolefin rubber. As a typical accelerator of the thiuram group, it is especially suitable for non-vulcanization and low-sulphur vulcanization systems. When used in latex, it can be used as continuous vulcanization accelerator. It is generally used as after-effect accelerator in diolefin rubber.
The products are mainly used in the manufacture of tires, wires, cables, rubber shoes and other industrial rubber products.TMTD80, selected special surfactants, TMTD powder treatment to improve the dispersion and reactivity of TMTD80. No dust is generated when using, suitable for automatic weighing.
Usage
1.This product can be used as vulcanizing agent for non-sulfur vulcanization, and can also be used as co-promoter for other accelerators such as thiazole and quack.
It must be used with zinc oxide and stearic acid, otherwise there is no reaction.
2. This product can be added in the late sulfurization, and need to control the temperature is not too high.
3.Suggested adding amount 0.5phr-2.0phr.
Packing specification/shelf life
Packed in box lined with plastic bag, 25kg/box. Or packed in paper-plastic composite bag lined with plastic bag, 25kg/bag.
Shelf life is 12 months from the date of production. If the storage expires, it can still be used after re-inspection.
Precautions
1. This product is flammable, use or storage should be careful to keep away from high temperature and open flame.
2. Do not contact with strong acid, strong alkali and strong oxidizer.
3. Pay attention to the temperature of the storage environment, the yard is too high may lead to agglomeration.
